Dr. Carter is a Founding Team Member of eHarmony.com, and has been its Vice President of Matching since October 2012. He joined eHarmony in 1999 and has held various, including Research Analyst and Product Manager (1999-2003), Director of Research and Development (2003-2007), and Senior Director of Research and Development (2007-2012). He has extensive background in developing consumer-facing services and features, and broad expertise in conducting quantitative and qualitative consumer research, predictive modeling and product development.
