As HSBC’s Global Head of Digital Product Management - RBWM (Retail Banking and Wealth Management), Rohit and his team are responsible for conceiving, building and managing world class consumer solutions for HSBC’s 50 + million, and growing, customers. Key areas of focus and interest include; secure access, mobile banking, purchase journeys, social recommendation / discovery and payments. A sample of recent success include; new global core banking services in Argentina and the Philippines, Touch ID for First Direct and HSBC brands in the UK, multi-trip insurance purchasing journey in Hong Kong, personal loans purchasing journey on mobile in the UK, and Apple Pay in the UK and US. Prior to joining HSBC, Rohit was at AOL for 6 years where his last role was, Vice President & General Manager of AOL Media, Europe.

Jonathan spent the last 9 years at Telefonica O2. Latterly, he was running the strategy, planning, innovation and customer experience areas for the UK business. Prior to that he was CMO for O2 in Slovakia and was previously running the consumer mobile business in the UK. Jonathan has also worked for Orange, Barclays, NatWest Bank and Goldfish credit card.
