Jabra Batshoun is currently the Director, eCommerce Fulfillment and Logistics Services at DHL Global Mail Inc., where he evaluated the US and international e-commerce multi-channel fulfillment and logistics market to define ideal fulfillment product offering for US customers and distance sellers. Previously, Mr. Batshoun held the position of Global Operations Director at Maclaren, where he developed the global business operations and logistics strategy and executed against it. He also launched Maclaren USA eCommerce website and grew online sales through multi-selling channels and with multi-fulfillment channels. Prior to Maclaren, Mr. Batshoun spent 11 years with Macy’s Department Stores and held multiple positions in stores operations, corporate, and logistics.
