Jeffrey Graham is Vice President of Market Insights & Analytics at Twitter. In this role, Jeffrey leads a team of researchers across 12 countries who unearth insights for Twitter and its customers. Prior to Twitter, Jeffrey held senior-level insight roles at Google and The New York Times. He holds a PhD in Sociology from the Graduate Center at the City of New York, and a Masters in Media Ecology from NYU.
