Winston Phua is the Head of Brand, Communications & Digital (BCD) for Philips ASEAN and Pacific. His scope encompasses all Philips businesses in 10 countries across Asia. Having spent 10 years in Shanghai and Hong Kong helming global, regional marketing and general management roles for Philips, he returned to Singapore late 2015 to start in the BCD role.Winston was previously Vice President and Head of Marketing for Philips Consumer Lifestyle in Greater China, responsible for marketing and digital strategy. He concurrently led the Domestic Appliances and Coffee businesses there, driving four-fold sales growth in five years. Winston has over 18 years of experience in Marketing. Prior to joining Philips, he held Asia Pacific marketing roles at Procter & Gamble and Apple. Based in Bangkok and Singapore, he pioneered several Marketing Programs that were endorsed in Apple as best practices and reapplied globally.
